The Patio at Las Sendas Golf Club has earned the 2024 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, one of the world’s leading authorities on wine.
“I’m pleased to announce that The Patio has won this award from Wine Spectator,” says Jose Martinez, Food and Beverage Director at Las Sendas Golf Club. “This will bring us tremendous exposure in the wine community across the United States. It’s one of many accomplishments that’s helping us position our food and beverage operation at the top.”
According to Wine Spectator, The Award of Excellence is bestowed upon restaurants whose wine lists feature a “well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.” The Patio at Las Sendas is one of 2,150 recipients of Wine Spectator’s 2024 Award of Excellence.
The Patio’s Award-Winning Wine List
The Patio currently offers 183 selections of wine with an inventory that exceeds 2,100 bottles. Wine Spectator’s award page for The Patio lists California wines as a strength and includes a “$$” rating, indicating the restaurant’s balanced range of pricing.
The Patio at Las Sendas offers a variety of options to suit practically every palate—reds and whites, sparklings and champagnes, and more. Try a Pinot Noir from Oregon, a California Cabernet, Chardonnay from Burgundy, or an Arizona blend. Large format bottles of certain wines are also available, including several from the McBean Brothers label.
